  • It is no longer necessary for the purpose which it was originally collected
  • The only reason we have the data was due to your initial consent and you have now withdrawn your consent
  • We are relying on ‘legitimate business interest’ as our basis for retaining your data, you object to the processing of your data, and there is no overriding legitimate interest to for the company to continue
  • We have processed the personal data unlawfully (i.e. in breach of the lawfulness requirement of the 1st principle);
