STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next working day delivery anywhere to the UK Mainland provided orders are received by us before 17:00 and we have the stock.

Please note that there are a small number of items from our range which may require a slightly longer delivery time, should you order one of these products you will be contact by e-mail to inform you prior to the order being processed to ensure you wish to proceed.
 

DELIVERY CHARGES

LOCAL CUSTOMERS : For Credit Account customers who receive delivery via our own vans all orders are delivered carriage FREE (Unless you are advised to the contrary)

For orders of £50+ (excl vat) in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

For orders under £50 (excl vat) in value: Delivery will cost £7.50

ALL orders to the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands & Islands incur an additional carriage charge, please contact us for information.

On rare occasions some furniture items or deliveries outside of our normal delivery area may be subject to an additional delivery charge, if this occurred we would confirm before your order is processed.

RETURNS*

All returns on damaged goods and shortages should be notified within 24 hours.

For 'not required' returns you must notify us within 7 days should you wish to return any item(s).

Returns can only be accepted if the product and packaging is in the same condition as received by yourself.

Furniture items are liable to a returns charge if reason for return is 'not required'.

Legally our suppliers are unable to accept return of any food/drink products etc, therefore we are unable to accept return.

We are unable to accept returns on 'special orders' (notification given when ordering).

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.


Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
